To all Partners/Customers:

Today between 1:14 pm and 1:41 pm ET, BridgePay experienced a complex network failure between our primary and secondary locations causing the inability for merchants to connect to the gateway. The network issues also prevented automatic notification to our status page, and prevented us from failing over between sites. Our Network Operations team was able to stabilize the issue and all transactions are processing to the gateway properly.

Network Operations is reviewing the root cause of this issue to ensure safeguards are put in place to prevent this from occurring again.
