BridgePay continues to make enhancements to our feature rich gateway for our customers. The BridgePay Gateway will undergo scheduled maintenance to add EMV transactional processing for Heartland, and additional system enhancements.

This maintenance will take place on Tuesday, April 25th, 2017 from 4:00 am - 6:00 am EST on the BridgePay Gateway only.

Will transactions be affected?
Yes. During the maintenance, all incoming transactions will not be accepted. We anticipate this downtime to occur between approximately 4:00 am - 4:30 am EST.

Will settlement be affected?
Settlements will be paused during the maintenance and resumed once the maintenance is complete.

How long will the maintenance last?
While we do not anticipate the maintenance to require more than 30 minutes, we have scheduled this maintenance period from 4:00 am - 6:00 am EST on Tuesday, April 25th, 2017.
