On May 17th, 2022, during our normal maintenance window, the Network Operations team will be applying a critical security patch to the load-balancing infrastructure. There will be two service interruptions of approximately 5 minutes between 4:00 am through 6:00 am EDT as the systems are patched. Please check or subscribe to this status page for any updates and completion of this patching.
Will production traffic be affected? Yes, transactions will not process, and a 500 error will return while attempting to connect until the migration is complete. Please wait to process transactions until the maintenance is complete.
Will settlement be affected? Settlement occurring between 4:00 am – 6:00 am EDT will be paused during this maintenance and then processed once operations have completed.
Will recurring billing be affected? Recurring billing contracts processing between 4:00 am – 6:00 am EDT will be paused during this maintenance and then processed once operations have completed.
