On September 14, 2021, during our normal maintenance window, the Network Operations team will perform an upgrade of the gateway load-balancing infrastructure. All production and testing applications are hosted behind these systems. There will be 2 service interruptions of approximately 5 min between 4:00 am through 6:00 am EDT as the systems are upgraded and traffic is shifted. Updates will be posted to the status page once the process has begun. Staff will be on hand to validate full functionality post upgrade.
Will production traffic be affected?
Yes, transactions will not process, and a 500 error will return while attempting to connect until the migration is complete. Please wait to process transactions until the maintenance is complete.
Will settlement be affected?
Settlement occurring between 4:00 am – 6:00 am EDT will be paused during this maintenance and then processed once operations have completed.
Will recurring billing be affected?
Recurring billing contracts processing between 4:00 am – 6:00 am EDT will be paused during this maintenance and then processed once operations have completed.
