Welcome to the BridgePay Network Solutions Status Page. The current status of all connections to BridgePay Network Sites and Services can be viewed here.

Please note that our standard maintenance window occurs Monday through Thursday from 4:00 AM to 6:00 AM ET.
Routine maintenance is performed during these hours and typically does not impact system availability. As such, these events are not posted individually.

However, if a maintenance activity is expected to cause any service disruption, we will provide advance notice on our status page.

Resolved - The previously reported issue with the Check Processor - Fastcheck Network has been resolved and transactions are processing normally.

Investigating - BridgePay's Network Operations Center has identified Check Processor - Fastcheck Network is currently having connectivity issues. Merchants using the Check Processor - Fastcheck Network may be experiencing issues processing transactions. BridgePay Network Operations team is currently investigating this issue, and will update this status when new information is available.

PLEASE NOTE: The BridgePay Gateway functionality is fully operational and continues to process transactions normally.

Only merchants using Check Processor - Fastcheck Network are affected by this incident. We advise these merchants attempt a transaction prior to contacting our Gateway Support.

Monitoring - We have identified issues with the leased line connectivity to TSYS. We are working on re-routing traffic to alternative connectivity to help mitigate the issue while this is investigated. We are seeing approvals on the alternative connectivity and will continue to monitor.
