On May 19th, 2026, during our normal maintenance window, the Network Operations team will perform system maintenance on key infrastructure components. There will be up to two service interruptions of approximately 10-15 minutes between 4:00 am through 6:00 am EDT as the systems are tested. Please check or subscribe to this status page for any updates and completion of this maintenance.
Will production traffic be affected? Yes, transactions will not process, and a 500 error will return while attempting to connect until the migration is complete. Please wait to process transactions until the maintenance is complete.
Will settlement be affected? Settlement occurring between 4:00 am – 6:00 am EDT will be paused during this maintenance and then processed once operations have completed.
Will recurring billing be affected? Recurring billing contracts processing between 4:00 am – 6:00 am EDT will be paused during this maintenance and then processed once operations have completed.
