BridgePay is committed to providing our client partners best in class solutions. To ensure we are meeting this goal, we perform maintenance and incorporate new capabilities on a regular basis. On Thursday, January 30th, during our regular maintenance window of 4 am – 6 am ET, BridgePay will be performing upgrades to our gateway authentication system. These upgrades will prepare BridgePay for future functionality such as multi-factor authentication and bearer tokens.

During this maintenance window, transaction activity through the BridgeComm API, Transaction API and Reporting API will NOT be affected. Additionally, user credentials are NOT affected and will continue to function normally.

Please be advised the following gateway products will be impacted by a degradation of service during the maintenance window:

• MyBridgePay Portal and Virtual Terminal
• TokenPay
• Weblink3
• Boarding API/Boarding portal
• Recurring Billing API
• Wallet API

Recurring Billing will be paused during this maintenance window and processed after the update maintenance has been completed. No action is needed.

Our team will work as quickly as possible to ensure minimal impact to our partners and customers. Our Status Page will reflect the activity in real-time such that if customers experience an issue, the status will be current.
