On September 29th, 2022, during our maintenance window of 4am-6am ET, the Network Operations team will shift production traffic to our secondary Datacenter for a period of 1 hour while maintenance takes place in our primary site. Please check or subscribe to this status page for any updates and completion of this maintenance.
Will production traffic be affected? Yes, as we have previously announced/described in our WAF/SNI changes, we will be shifting all traffic to our secondary Datacenter. If the requested whitelisting has not been done or customers cannot resolve to the new IP space they will be unable to process transactions during this time. If you are unable to resolve during this window, please check to ensure you have whitelisted the URL and not the IP for the site(s) you are using.
Will settlement be affected? Settlement occurring between 4:00 am – 6:00 am EDT will be paused during this maintenance and then processed once operations have completed.
Will recurring billing be affected? Recurring billing contracts processing between 4:00 am – 6:00 am EDT will be paused during this maintenance and then processed once operations have completed.
