On November 5th, 2024 during our maintenance window of 4:00 am – 6:00 am ET, the BridgePay Network Operations team will shift production traffic to our secondary datacenter for a period of one hour for maintenance at our primary datacenter.
All UAT/Integration test sites will be unavailable during this time.
Please check or subscribe to this status page for any updates and completion of this maintenance.
Will production traffic be affected? We will be shifting all traffic to our secondary datacenter. If you are unable to resolve during this window, please verify you have whitelisted the URL and not the IP for the site(s) you are using.
Will settlement be affected? Settlement occurring between 4:00 am – 6:00 am ET will be paused during this maintenance and processed once maintenance has completed.
Will recurring billing be affected? Recurring billing contracts processing between 4:00 am – 6:00 am ET will be paused during this maintenance and processed once maintenance has completed.
