As part of BridgePay’s continued investment in infrastructure redundancy and resiliency, we are expanding our presence across multiple datacenters.
The maintenance window will be November 7–10, 2025
Please note: there will be no impact to production traffic, recurring billing, or settlement processing as a result of this schedule change.
Updated Maintenance Details • UAT Environments: All UAT systems will be offline for the full duration of the new maintenance window. • Production Traffic: Will be rerouted to our secondary datacenter during this time. • No impact is expected to production transaction processing, recurring billing, or settlement services.
Reminder: Required Actions • Notify your merchants of the updated maintenance window. • Plan UAT usage around the new downtime dates. • Update SPF records with the new IPs for outbound email delivery (if not already completed). • Migrate integrations from IP-based to URL-based whitelisting to avoid service disruption.
